A MESSAGE

I started Rev Projects to revitalize underperforming real estate properties to fit the needs of an ever-changing society. I want to rebuild what is worn and neglected so that tenants and their communities can live and work in spaces they can be proud of.

 

My approach is entrepreneurial, staying close to each project and understanding the needs of each submarket. I pursue projects in cities and neighborhoods I care about, with a business strategy that I am confident in executing--the same confidence that makes me invest personally in every project, alongside my investors.

 

My relationships are key to my work-- with investors, vendors, brokers, tenants, and employees--I value each one. In particular, as a partner to my investors, I take responsibility for the results on each project, and show transparency in in my process. They see this first-hand in consistent communication directly from me.
