  • What types of projects does Rev Projects invest in?
Rev Projects looks for underperforming and mismanaged office and multifamily projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. We seek after projects with strong upside potential, on a risk-adjusted basis, where we can confidently execute a value-add strategy of renovations and operational improvements.
  • How are you different from other real estate investment firms?
Rev Projects' goal is to completely revitalize and rebuild underperforming properties. That means we pursue projects with upside potential, with confidence in being able to execute our business plan. Our founder and principal invests alongside our investors to ensure alignment of interests.
