I founded Rev Projects to revitalize underperforming real estate properties to fit the needs of an ever-changing society. I rebuild what is worn and neglected so that tenants and their communities can proudly live and work in my projects.

I invest in cities and neighborhoods I care about, with a business strategy that I execute with confidence--the same confidence that emboldens me to invest personally in every project, alongside my investors.
I value trustworthy and professional relationships with vendors, brokers, investors, tenants, and employees, which is key to the completion of each deal. As a fiduciary partner to my investors, I maintain transparency in my process with continual and thorough communication so that they never feel like they are investing into a black box. I take responsibility for the results of each project.
