Eric Wang is a commercial real estate investment professional with institutional private equity experience totaling over $1 billion in transactions experience and asset management of multifamily, office, retail and hospitality property types.
Prior to Rev Projects, served at Gaw Capital Partners where he underwrote and executed over $420 million in transactions along the West Coast. While at Prudential Real Estate Investors, he was responsible for a value-add portfolio totaling 5.2 million square feet of office assets, over 1,300 apartment units and 4.5 million square feet of retail centers.
Rev Projects started as a passion to develop projects in emerging submarkets and the vision eventually grew much bigger to ultimately revitalize entire communities.
Eric is married and lives in San Francisco.
Rev Projects firmly believes in giving back to the communities where it invests by giving a minimum of 5% of its up-front fee income to charitable organizations. To support the growth of vibrant and healthy communities, Rev Projects partners with local non-profit organizations that work in areas of rehabilitation, homelessness, and education.
